While recently interviewing I observed a worrying trend. When interviewing I use behavioural style questions because they let me see how people perform in certain situations, however i’ve seen a real problem with asking behavioural style questions.

Almost everyone I interview is completely unprepared for behavioural interview questioning. People stumble for words, struggle through the answer and are generally unprepared. Sadly, these people don’t stand a chance against someone who is ready to rock.
